Would stay here again, thank you. The hotel is convenient, location is favourable and rooms are huge. The breakfast variety is complimentary and good hot with scrambled eggs, gravy and also bisquits, excellent service.

A must see hotel, I will choose the place for future trips. Its a fabulous property in marvellous location. The breakfast is warm with gravy and waffles, had everything you could imagine.

Last time we stopped we had a brand-new, good sized room with 2 queen beds, mini fridge plus snacks. Our hotel was in a great and convenient location, close to freeway. The service was excellent and the food was good.

The location was magnificent for me, in the event someone was in the back preparing more food. I stayed in the room that was not cleaned or towels changed on Saturday and available with 2 queen beds.

It is a stunningly beautiful property located in West Knoxville district really close to mall and restaurants, Knoxville, and area restaurants and shopping. Caring and attentive staff ensures you spend a very very good time here. Well decorated and brand-new rooms come with 2 queen beds and a microwave, as for instance.

Updated and great-sized room for what we needed with 2 queen beds, a microwave and mini fridge. Hot breakfast with many options was a nice touch.

The hotel served nice hot breakfast with waffles and the bacon, for example, truly enjoyed it.

The room was surprisingly spacious. The furniture was very comfortable. The bathroom was well-organized. The location is great. The water pressure is excellent. The staff was friendly. The beds were comfy. The breakfast area had a good variety. Everything was clean and inviting. Will stay here again.

Hotel was not an impressive place. Hotel room although comfortable the decor was dull and dingy. We had to change rooms because one of the beds in the first bedroom appeared as though someone had slept in it and the sheets had not been changed. Would not stay at this hotel again.

The halls weren't air conditioned and were sweltering as was the elevator. The room was marginal in appearance and the noise from the highway made sleeping near impossible. The food at the breakfast was not very good and it was too hot to eat there because it was too hot also. The toilets and chairs were so low to the ground it was ridiculous. The tubs were stained and gross. Half of our party would not shower in them because it grossed them out. We had rented two rooms had planned to stay there again on our way back but are looking elsewhere.

Our room was well decorated and brand-new, also it had TV set, a microwave and a fridge. Had complimentary and warm breakfasts with many options.

Fabulous and quiet hotel, best staff. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Well-appointed rooms even with the window, food good. Comfy and perfect location with highway close to the venue. Nearby Longhorn Steakhouse - great place to chill out.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and answered all my questions. The room was huge and clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. The location was great, close to the stadium, mall, and a local restaurant. The breakfast had a huge variety of food and was delicious. I also appreciated the hotel facilities and the convenience of parking.
